You may be trying to fly out of Orlando airport and wondering about where to leave your car if you don’t want to take a limo or taxi. Or you may be picking up someone at the airport to go to Disney, enjoy their college vacation or have a family reunion. Where can you park for that?
There is a cell phone lot where you can wait to get the call that they are ready and have their luggage. You cannot leave your vehicle here unattended.
The Satellite Parking charges at $4 for the first 3 hours of stay, subseqquently it has a rate of $10 per day. If you park for only 10 minutes before you exit, there is no fee.
If you prefer , you can try the Valet parking at the Hyatt Regency Orlando that charges $4 for the first 30 minutes, then you have to pay $1 for each succeeding 30 minutes thereafter.
Orlando airport also has an express parking lot. The Express Pick-up or Drop-off parking charges a dollar per 30 minutes of stay, up to 2 hours. After that, it charges $5.00 per hour after those initial 2 hours of stay. This area is open from 8 am to midnight every single day. You can leave the vehicle unattended.
There is a Thrifty at 5600 Butler National Dr which is a place you can leave your car and be shuttled back to airport. This is good for those who will be away for a few days to a few weeks.
Both the Mears and the Lynx buses go to the airport so you can see if they are near your location if you wish to take the bus. If you are travelling to Cocoa Beach you can take the Cocoa Beach shuttle.
The Parking Spot is another facility where you can leave your car near the Orlando airport. Their location is 5500 Hazeltine National Drive.
Don’t forget that if you are visiting, aside from Disney there are some interesting sites in Orlando including Seaworld, Busch Gardens, the Kennedy Space Center and the town of Kissimmee.
